Terms & Conditions

Warranty.
We warranty all equipment to be free from material defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 year from date of shipment. If at any time within 1 years after shipment the equipment does not function as warranted, return it and we will repair or replace it without charge. Equipment shipped back to you after warranty repair will be shipped via Italian Post Service. Misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you or failure caused by an item for which we are not responsible may void these warranties. We are not responsible for the shipping costs or other charges incurred in the refund and/or exchange.

Ordering.
We assemble each item on a build to order basis. This means there is currently a short waiting time required prior to shipping. Please inquire what our current shipping lead time is before purchasing if you are unsure. Once we have fulfilled the order we will ship it along with an email with an automated tracking number. Shipping estimates do not express an implied commitment or oblication to deliver within the given timeframe.

Payment.
Acceptable payments for the italian custumers are Paypal, Bank Transfer, Postal services.  Paypal and Bank Transfer for all elsewhere customers.

Shipping Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, Modo35.com is not responsible for any import taxes or duties/tariffs outside of the European Union and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return for Refund.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 7 (seven) days from the date it arrived, to return it for a refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping cost incurred in the return.  Please note that all refunds for international orders will not cover any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. The refund will be arranged after we receive your return and issued to the specific payment account you were originally charged.

Return for Exchange.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 (thirty) days from the date it arrived for exchange. The Modo35.com will send you the new product immediately after the old Modo35 adapter is received. You are responsible for all shipping costs or other charges incurred in the exchange.  

The image is up side down, the Modo35 does not invert the image up side right, this must be done via software.  Some noise from the DC motor can be heard, specially if its on its maximum speed, is highly recommended to purchase an external microphone to overcome this issue which affects all dynamic dof adapters in the market. The Modo35 does not have a support system, but it is provided with little screw to be used if necessary with third part implements.
